Clive and his brother Clint were thrilled to visit Loreto College, St Stephen's Green yesterday and meet some of their 1st year and 2nd year students. Yesterday was extra special as it was the first time Murray did a school visit with Clive. He really wanted to be part of the talk and it was a very proud day for us. He can't wait to tell all the boys in his school on Monday that he and Clive met so many lovely girls!
He coped really wels and was able to chat to the girls about Clive. He always loves talking about Clive and equally loves seeing Clive's brother Clint so he was very excited at the prospect of having both the dogs together at the school talk. Rosemary, Clint's guide dog owner is wonderful at talking about her blindness and how Clint has made such a huge impact to her life. The girls of Loreto College were really interested to see two great dogs and hear all about the amazing work both 'doodles' do ....
The girls have been doing an annual 'skipathon' in Loreto for the past few years to raise funds for Irish Guide Dogs and this year they will be doing their Skipathon in May. The very best of luck to all the girls!
Many thanks to their teacher Ms Crinion for inviting us all in ....
We had a lovely afternoon .....
We always look forward to visiting Loreto College, St Stephen's Green and very much appreciate the money they raise annually for Irish Guide Dogs.

Isn't it amazing how much of a difference the two dogs make to two people who really need their help? Congratulations to the girls of Loreto College for helping to finance such good work.
