Murray's Mom & Dad were taking Murray & Clive over to Na Fianna GAA grounds a few days ago to watch Sorcha play with Foxrock-Cabinteely in a Minors match against Na Fianna.
They were a bit early for the match to they strolled around the National Botanic Gardens before the game. The gardens were magnificent with lots of wonderful autumn colour but what really caught Murray and Clive's attention were the incredible pieces of sculpture around the Gardens.
Murray couldn't wait to get Clive to sit down in front of the mirrored cube ....
and Clive couldn't wait to have a look at himself in the mirrors ....
Murray thought this was so funny as Clive admired himself in the mirrors ....
Lots of other people did too and Clive sat for lots of photos! To the visitors from the US, Canada and Germany who stopped by and chatted with us and took photos, we hope you remembered to look up Clive's blog and facebook page as Murray told you all too!
Murray is incredibly proud of his 'Clivey' and tells everyone we meet about Clive's blog, facebook page and twitter account and insists they check them out straight away! We welcome the questions from the people we meet out with Clive and Murray as it is wonderful for Murray's 'social' skills and has increased his confidence hugely. It is also a great way to show people the importance and significance on working dogs in the lives of teenagers with autism.
Murray now actively looks to engage with people and won't let them walk away from us without saying "make sure you google Clive's name, just google 'Clive the dog' and you will find him!!"
Clive is as proud of being a 'working dog' as Murray is of having him as his assistance dog and you can see that everyday in Clive as he so happily works away with Murray.
We don't think we know another dog so happy to 'pose' for the camera!
